My side trip to Hancock's of Paducah

During my recent vacation out to New Mexico for our family reunion, we decided to drive from Knoxville , Tennessee to St. Louis since we still had friends to visit from the days of living there. On the way we drove thru Paducah, KY... so of course a stop at Hancock's of Paducah was in order.
What FUN!!!!

I could of spend hours and hours in that store. But since my daughters and husband were with me I knew that I must make quick work of my selections.
Actually they were really a BIG help finding some of my best sellers.
They also found the end of bolt bin for only $4.98 a yard!!!!
As you can see I think I gave one of the sales ladies a headache lol!!!!

I could not help but think of my fellow bag making friends on Etsy as I walked up and down the aisles. Glassbeach
thefunkingbaglady
to name just a few. Imagine the fun with all of us enjoying such a wonderful selection of all the latest designer fabrics.
I found many new fabrics which will hit my Etsy shop in the coming weeks. All to soon we were back on the road, but what a wonderful way to break up our road trip that day!!!

Holy smokes, that looks like fun!! Don't you get a rush of adrenaline when you walk into a place like that?! I love their online store, but what a thrill to walk up and down the aisles and touch(!) the fabrics!

I know you'll be making lots of fabulous products with your new finds!

So glad you had a great time JPAT. You deserved it after your whirlwind time as a Featured Seller on Etsy. :D
