I rarely treat myself to a big breakfast since time is usually short in the morning and well lets face it, I know it is not considered "good for you". But if I eat a big breakfast I can work all day without getting hungry again until dinner time! So why not? It also gave me an excuse to relax and read a magazine - now that is rare!

That is wonderful! Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. I agree it's hard to make in the morning with so much going on.
That is as it should be. :) This is guidance that I often offer to clients . . . and those that actually give it a shot are delighted with the outcomes - what "that" happens to be for them.
Treat yourself more often! You deserve it, right?
